hok ni yg soka neh!! uhuuu... umie da mok2 balek okies?? almklumlah, bulan doblas last year, mmg terlalu manyak stress!! tpi slalunya lau stress umie sure xlalu nak makan ataw wat pape pun! yg umie wat ialah membaca! tpi kali ni len ckit r!! ngomel2, tgk tv & makn eskem! muahaha... so, bdn pun da mcm dipam2! 'ade aku pelulik?' ^_^ pedulik r, uhuu... so, misi tok kuuih kan badan pn bermula.. supervisor umie da marah2 paksa makan (mcm mak umie jugak lah!!) xpe2... jwb je dh! muahahaha... bukan durang taw pOng!! tali skeeping udah beli okey? so, pe lagi??? tdo r... eayhh!! exercise r.. tpi xpe je... bila dh penat kehulu hilir nganta gaban2 neh, sure dgn sendiri nya umie akan kuuih ckit.,.. ckit jelah kan.. janji kuuih! =P

sape2 yg rsa2 xnak kene cepuk tu, g men jauh2! azam umie thn ni xnak 'fire2' dah, tpi lau korang tegur gak nape umie da makin cumel, mmg umie akan berdoa tang2 tu jugak mnx korang pun sama montel okey?? haaaa... =P

tpi siyes, umie mmg xbrapa nak sehat neh.. disebabkan byk berjalan smbil tebas lalang, umie alami muscel pain kat tapak kaki.. lau tapak xpe gak! ni tumit je plak.. kata doktor mgkin urat dah terbelit2.. so kene jga r.. kata doct kalu da trok sngt akan jdi apekebendenye ntah smpai melibatkan operation.. hah?!! tanok3!! uhuuu... cukup lah operation hok dolu2 tuh, serik woo!! dh la dok kat spital tu xbez!! makan bubur ari2, nangeh woo!!so tok itu.. here is my plan... chewah!! umie ni jenis hekot plan kah?

3. Curb mindless
eating. Don't eat while standing up, and don't skip meals. Brush your teeth
